Common Memory Cards Cards are for reference only and are not included with camera. Maximum memory card size for our cameras is 2GB. Models DV-5, DV-7SS, iR-5, and iR-7SS take SD (Secure Digital) memory cards. Models iR-3BU, DC-2BU, and DC-6SS take CF (Compact Flash) memory cards. Lexar Platinum II CF cards are not recommended with the models that take CF cards.
